Litee help

Help with Litee

Straightforward guidance for merchants running a store and customers buying from one.

Open your store

Create a merchant account with your name, email address, and password. Litee then guides you through naming your store, choosing its web address, and publishing your first product.

Returning merchants can log in and open the Getting started guide from the dashboard. Store details, branding, Products, Orders, and Customers stay together in that merchant workspace.

Publish Products

Use Products for one-time purchases. Add a clear title, description, price, stock level, and images, then publish the product when it is ready for your storefront.

Add a recurring purchase option to a Product for scheduled services such as meal deliveries. Set the billing cadence, delivery days, start availability, and customer rules before publishing. Customers see those rules before starting a subscription.

How customer checkout works

Customers can browse a storefront and use guest checkout without creating a Litee account. They provide the contact and delivery details the merchant needs to fulfil the order.

After checkout, the customer receives a private order-status link. Keep that link private because it is the way to view that order without signing in.

Orders, subscriptions, and payments

The merchant is responsible for the products or services sold through their storefront, including availability, prices, payment instructions, fulfilment, cancellations, and refunds.

For a question about a specific purchase or subscription, contact the merchant that operates the storefront. Include the order number, but never post a private order-status or customer-portal link in a public message.

Account and storefront safety

Use a unique password for Litee and do not share merchant login details. Sign in only on the Litee root domain or your own Litee storefront domain.

If a storefront, order, or account looks unfamiliar, stop before entering payment or personal details. Return to Litee from the link below rather than following an untrusted link.
